1. Delivering the Financial sales (FS/Primary sales objectives) - by brand, month, markets etc as per the target in the assigned area of operation.
2. Delivering the Trade sales (TS/Secondary sales) by brand, markets as per target in the assigned area
3. Ensuring coverage and distribution of brands as per company objectives
4. Ensuring market service standards as defined (-eg man day utilization, call rate , productivity, System hygiene.
5. On time deliveries, visibility etc)
6. New Product Launch, Trade Development in New/vacant areas & channels.
7. Planning and execution of distribution and sales plans / sales forecasts
8. Ensuring good relations and service standards with all customers and trade.
9. Data management and reporting as per guidelines
10. Providing timely Competitive information and intelligence
11. Training and development of all team members in the assigned area
12. Managing commercial control on distributors (receivables, claims etc) & ROI's
13. Implementation of company policies / initiatives/consumer activations/BTL in market
14. Ensuring general discipline in team members as per company guidelines
