Key Responsibilities:   1. Ensure Primary/Sec and collection must happen as per the targets.  2. Make & implement distribution expansion & productivity plans.  3. Provide Training to Field Force on market working.  4. Reporting on Daily, Weekly and Monthly basis which is providing by the HO.  5. Monitor sales on daily basis.  6. Ensure inventory hygiene to minimize damages at CFA & Distributors & at trade level.  7. Constantly working towards increasing distribution and market share  8. Keeping track of consumer / promotion schemes  9. Allocation of stock requirement of distributors based on forecasts & norms.  10. Ensure smooth monthly closing  11. Cost sales ratio to be maintained.  12. Market visit and ensure that everything has to be happen as per the company norms.  13. Provide data on Competitor activity  14. Regular meeting of Field force, Beauty advisors, Promoters & Merchandizers  Additional Responsibilities:  1. To ensure company code of ethics is strictly implemented across internal & external partners like distributors  2. Achieve Sales target per BA counter & MT Stores  3. To ensure field staffs are motivated and manpower productivity is increased
