Key Responsibilities
- Manage and expand the dealer and distributor network across the assigned territory
- Lead, mentor, and drive performance of Sales Officers and Executives
- Achieve sales and distribution targets in line with the business plan
- Ensure product availability, visibility, and effective market coverage
- Plan and execute field marketing initiatives to drive product awareness and adoption
- Increase retail penetration and expand market share within the region
- Monitor merchandising standards and ensure strong in-store visibility
- Design and implement trade schemes; track effectiveness and ROI
- Oversee supply and distribution to ensure consistent product availability
- Build and optimize an efficient distribution infrastructure aligned with business goals
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA in Marketing (preferred)
- 4+ years of experience in General Trade (GT) sales
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager (ASM)
- Strong experience in managing and scaling distribution networks
- Prior experience working in Local markets is essential
