Role Overview:

- We are looking for a motivated and result-driven Area Sales Manager to oversee sales activities and business growth within a designated geographical area.

- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

- You will be responsible for driving sales targets, expanding market presence, and managing a team of sales representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales plans and strategies for the assigned area to achieve sales targets and market share growth.

- Manage and lead the sales team, providing coaching, training, and motivation to enhance performance.

- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential and existing customers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales tactics accordingly.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new products and promotional campaigns.

- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management.

- Ensure effective distribution and availability of products within the area.

- Resolve customer issues promptly and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Control budgets and expenses related to sales operations within the territory.

- Organize and participate in sales meetings, trade shows, and other promotional events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- 3-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role managing an area or region.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.

- Good understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior.

- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the designated area
