Job Description:
A high-ownership person with excellent communication skills to set up Troovys offline business in MT and GT in Gurgaon while creating a successful playbook for replicating it in other geographies. Will involve going and talking to retailers and retail chains, running experiments in stores to determine the assortment, placement, offers, and BTL activations that work, setting up systems for revenue collections, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the sales strategy for the assigned area to achieve business objectives.
- Handle GT & MT channels, including onboarding retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
- Run in-store experiments on assortment, placement, promotions, and BTL activations to identify growth levers.
- Manage and track secondary sales, collections, and stock availability to ensure smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence for strategy
