Job Title: Area Sales Manager - West Bengal

Industry Preference: FMCG

Responsibilities:

- Manage and develop relationships with distributors across assigned territories.

- Monitor and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

- Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, finance, supply chain, etc.) to ensure smooth operational flow.

- Drive and achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets in assigned areas.

- Regular market visits to assess distributor performance, competitor activity, and market trends.

- Support the launch of new products and ensure timely execution of promotional activities.

Qualifications:

- Education: Any Graduate. MBA in Sales/Marketing will be preferred.

- Experience: Prior experience in FMCG sales is highly desirable.

Required Skills:

- Strong distributor management and negotiation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Target-oriented with strong analytical and reporting skills.

- Familiarity with the geography and retail landscape of West Bengal.
