Role Purpose:
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Target Achievement:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets (Primary & Secondary).
- Ensure consistent growth in the assigned territory.
Distributor Management:
- Appoint, manage, and review distributors.
- Ensure ROI (Return on Investment) for distributors and proper claim settlements.
- Monitor distributor inventory, billing, and timely stock replenishment.
Market Development:
- Expand distribution width & depth by increasing the number of active outlets.
- Identify and appoint sub-stockists or new distributors where required.
Team Management:
- Supervise, train, and motivate Sales Officers / Sales Representatives.
- Set daily/weekly objectives and review field activities regularly.
Trade Promotion & Execution:
- Implement and monitor all trade marketing initiatives & promotional activities.
- Ensure visibility, merchandising, and point-of-sale execution at outlets.
Market Intelligence:
- Track competition activities, pricing, and new product launches.
- Gather market feedback and share insights for strategy planning.
Reporting & MIS:
- Submit timely and accurate sales reports, forecasts, and plans.
- Maintain data on sales trends, area potential, and competitor activities.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PPT) & sales reporting tools.
