Job Summary
Our client, a leading FinTech/Payments firm and India's largest digital platform, is seeking a seasoned Head of Corporate Sales - Supply Chain Finance with 1015 years of experience. The ideal candidate will be a senior leader responsible for architecting the sales strategy and driving business generation across the corporate ecosystem. This role is crucial for acquiring new, high-quality corporate clients, growing the book of business, and delivering significant revenue growth. You will be a hands-on leader, engaging with senior stakeholders and MSMEs, while ensuring seamless collaboration with product, operations, and service teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership & Execution: Architect a comprehensive strategy to tap into the entire ecosystem opportunity within the corporate business segment.
- Business Generation: Take full ownership of business generation, focusing on acquiring new quality corporate business for the platform.
- Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Drive sales through new customer acquisition, grow the book size, and deliver on overall revenue growth targets. Identify, develop, and originate new relationships with large corporates and MSMEs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Engage directly with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, operations, and service teams to address client queries and ensure smooth service delivery.
- Team Handling: Lead and mentor a team, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales targets and deliver a high level of performance.
- Market Intelligence: Prospect potential clients through various direct methods, networking, and in-depth market research.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10 - 15 years of prior experience in B2B FinTech, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Commercial Banking, Invoice Discounting, or Capital Loan platforms.
- Strong experience in corporate acquisition and a proven track record of interacting with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent team handling skills, with a focus on leadership and delivering results.
- Deep knowledge of Supply Chain Finance and Invoice Processing.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- An MBA or equivalent advanced education is required.
