We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Manager to drive sales of secured and unsecured business loan products in the Bangalore region. The role involves leading and motivating a team of sales managers/executives, developing channel relationships, and ensuring achievement of monthly and quarterly business targets. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of business loan products, proven team leadership skills, and the ability to build and maintain high-value customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and mentor a sales team to achieve business loan targets (secured & unsecured).

- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to expand the business loan portfolio.

- Build strong connections with channel partners, DSAs, and key business customers.

- Drive lead generation, conversion, and overall portfolio quality.

- Ensure adherence to bank compliance, credit guidelines, and documentation standards.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- 3+ years of experience in managing a sales team within the business loans domain.

- Strong understanding of SME lending, secured/unsecured loan products, and market trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-leadership skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
