Area Sales Manager - Building Materials

Job Role:

The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience with a building materials background and will be responsible for handling Tiles sales in the assigned market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling Builder and channel Partner (A, B Arch. & G+4 projects) and retail sales segment

- Experience in Project/Specification, retail, and Project sales

- Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders/developers, in-house architects, and PMC consultants

Candidate Profile:

- 2 years of experience in Business Development/project/corporate sales within the building materials industry

- Presentable personality with strong communication and relationship-building skills

- Target-oriented with a proactive approach

- Proficient in MS Office, CRM, and reporting tools

- Own conveyance required; Salem-based candidates preferred
