Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of Molecular Diagnostics kits, POC devices, and related biotech products
- Identify new market opportunities and expand customer base across Western India
- Strategize and implement territory-wise sales plans to meet targets
- Manage distributor networks and oversee forecasting, planning, and execution
- Collaborate closely with technical support and cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Qualifications & Skills:
- Sales experience in Molecular Diagnostics/Biotech
- ASM: 2+ years of relevant field experience
- Strong network in hospitals, labs, and diagnostic centers
- Micro-management, sales forecasting, and distributor handling expertise
- MBA from a premier institute preferred
