Job Description: Area Sales Manager- B2B Barcode Devices
Location: Faridabad
Work Schedule: 6 days a week
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Sales Manager (B2B) to lead our business development efforts, focusing on selling IT peripherals, electronics, and barcode solutions to other businesses. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, channel management, and business development, with expertise in driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Strategy:
- Identify and onboard new B2B clients, distributors, and resellers products (barcode scanners, IT accessories, electronics, etc.).
- Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate and institutional clients.
Channel Sales & Distribution Management:
- Manage and expand the dealer/distributor network to enhance product penetration.
- Train and motivate channel partners to drive sales performance.
- Ensure smooth supply chain coordination with internal teams.
Client Acquisition & Account Management:
- Prospect, negotiate, and close deals with B2B clients (corporate, government, educational institutions, etc.).
- Provide customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through post-sales support and follow-ups.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis:
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Provide feedback to the product team for improvements and new product development.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
- Maintain accurate sales records, prepare reports, and present performance metrics to senior management.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: MBA in Sales/Marketing or Bachelors degree with relevant experience.
- Experience: 5+ years in B2B sales, business development, or channel sales, preferably in IT peripherals, electronics, or barcode solutions.
