Job Description.
Responsibilities:
- End to end sales closure from lead generation to project completion including collection of payment and relevant documents.
- Managing Key Accounts/Dealers/top corporate /Local Business.
- Business development through creating brand awareness and meeting with top corporate/Architects/PMC for business tie-ups.
- To achieve sales targets through projects improving reach and spread.
- Act as a conduit between customer dealer and company.
- Performing comprehensive market analysis and creating accurate sales forecasts.
- Quotation processing and payment processing.
- Identifying the potential customer for generating business.
- Meeting with clients (relationship building).

- Must possess strong customer service skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Must have good negotiation skills.

Education/Experience:
Name & Sign of Reporting Manager: Regional Head-Sales.
Education required for the job: Any Graduate + MBA (Sales & Markt.
Education Preferred: Engineer +MBA (Sales & Marketing).
Experience required for the job: 5+ Yrs.
The purpose of this role is:
- Ensuring or focusing sales in a particular region.
- Developing the reach of brand and product in the zone.
Profile : Solution selling like AC/MEP/Elevators/ Lighting/Interior panelling or similar lines.
Preferred : Auto cad knowledge.
