
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales, revenue, and profitability targets across the assigned area.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business development plans to expand market presence.
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to analyze the viability of new business opportunities, partnerships, and product lines.
- Identify and develop new dealers, distributors, and business partners to enhance market penetration.
- Collect, verify, and analyze financial, competitive, and market data to support regional sales decisions.
- Monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and market dynamics, providing timely feedback to senior management.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management review and client meetings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to ensure smooth business operations.
- Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and business continuity.
- Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to enhance productivity and achieve performance goals.
