Role Overview
The Area Sales Management will be responsible for driving business growth through new client acquisition, expansion of existing accounts, and execution of strategic sales initiatives across the Bangalore region. This role demands a seasoned professional with a solid background in B2B sales, preferably within the serviced office, hospitality, or real estate sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and manage a healthy pipeline of prospective clients and convert leads into long-term business relationships.
- Drive sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.
- Conduct site tours, prepare proposals, and negotiate commercial terms in line with CE standards.
- Build strong relationships with local brokers, real estate agents, and channel partners to generate consistent leads.
- Promote and sell the full suite product offerings Office Spaces, Meeting Rooms, Virtual Offices, and related services.
- Actively pursue opportunities for client expansions, renewals, and cross-selling to maximize revenue streams.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, CRM documentation, and company policies.
- Serve as a brand ambassador in the market, representing with professionalism and passion.
Marketing & Revenue Management:
- Collaborate with the central marketing team to plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and report on revenue performance, pipeline conversion, and forecasting.
- Continuously explore new opportunities for business growth and market penetration in the region.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting:
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams including Operations, Finance, HR, and Administration.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to the Sales Head on market trends, competitive analysis, and client feedback.
- Participate in sales meetings, training, and team-building initiatives.
Key Measures of Success:
- Achievement of monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets
- Conversion rate of leads to signed contracts
- Client retention and renewal rates
- Revenue growth for the respective region
- CRM compliance and reporting accuracy
- Development of strategic channel partnerships
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven track record of 4-8 years in direct B2B sales, preferably in the serviced office, real estate, commercial sales or hospitality industry.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and client management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- CRM experience (preferred).
- Strong financial acumen and experience in forecasting and budgeting.
