Role: Area Sales Head (ASH)
Location: Vizag
Experience: 10-15 years
Summary:
A leadership role responsible for driving regional sales growth, managing on-ground sales teams, and strengthening brand presence within the assigned hospital network. The position requires strong field-sales expertise, people management skills, and the ability to build and maintain key relationships with doctors, customers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute area sales plans aligned with business goals.
- Achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Lead, hire, train, and motivate sales executives.
- Build strong relationships within the hospital ecosystem.
- Manage daily MIS, performance tracking, and sales reporting.
- Prepare presentations and ensure smooth hospital reconciliations.
Required Skills:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Proven experience in field sales leadership and target achievement.
- Strong understanding of local market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-handling skills.
- Exposure to fintech products is an added advantage.
Preferred backgrounds:
- Telecom, Retail, FMCG.
