Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create area sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives
- Achieve business targets of the area for various quarters as well as the financial year
- Building the Company brand within the defined hospital network zone
- Maintaining strong relationships with doctors, and customers.
- Identify hiring needs, select and train new executives.
- Forecasting daily MIS on product performance across all branches
- Preparing sales reports/power point presentations
- Managing reconciliation with the hospital.
Key Requirements:
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record in managing field sales and achieving sales targets.
- Exposure to fintech products is an added advantage
- Good understanding of the local market and customer behaviour in the assigned area.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
