About the Company

Role: Area Sales Head - Commercial Lending Business
We're looking for dynamic, result-driven sales leaders to lead and scale our corporate business segment across key markets. This is a high-impact, strategic role ideal for professionals who thrive in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new corporate client acquisition and revenue growth on one of India's largest TReDS platforms.
- Develop and execute strategies to expand across the corporate and MSME ecosystem.
- Lead business development efforts, relationship management, and key account planning.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Operations, Service) to ensure seamless client experience.
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, anchor clients, and supply chain partners.
- Consistently generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in B2B Fintech, Trade/Supply Chain Finance, Commercial Banking, or Invoice Discounting.
- Proven track record in corporate acquisition and relationship management with mid-to-large corporates.
- Anchor onboarding experience in Supply Chain Finance (SCF) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
