Job Objective:
The Area Sales Head will lead and manage all business activities within the assigned region. This includes driving sales growth, ensuring operational excellence, managing key accounts, and aligning regional strategies with national objectives. The role demands strong technical understanding of cable products, strategic leadership, and cross-functional coordination.
Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies for LV, HW, and specialty cables
- Identify new business opportunities across industrial, infrastructure, and other segments
- Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and positioning
Branding & Market Presence
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer touchpoints
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and industry forums
- Collaborate with marketing teams for area campaigns and product launches
Qualifications : MBA/BE/B.Tech/Diploma - Electrical
Experience : 10-15 ( 5 Years in Cable Industry)
