Responsibilities:
1. Maximize sales and profitability of the area
2. Formulate and implement store strategies and procedures
3. Coach Store Managers to use commercial information effectively
4. Execute new store openings and re-fits
5. Support induction of new recruits through buddy system
6. Manage, develop and motivate staff to increase sales and improve efficiency
7. Oversee staff deployment and drive motivation levels of the direct reportees
8. Increase market share in the area and study competition regularly
Skills and Capabilities:
1. Good Knowledge of retail processes and retail industry
2. Good Knowledge of Merchandising, Stock Management and Inventory processes
3. Result orientation
4. Teamwork & collaboration
5. Communication skills
Qualification / Education:
Graduate degree in any field/Post Graduate degree in Business Administration
