About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee the performance and operations of multiple retail stores specializing in sportswear and footwear.

You will be responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional customer experience, and managing store teams across your designated area.

Your leadership will be crucial in aligning store operations with company goals and expanding our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the daily operations of all stores within the assigned area, ensuring consistent execution of company policies and standards.

- Drive sales performance and profitability by implementing effective sales strategies and promotions tailored to the sportswear and footwear market.

- Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.

- Conduct regular store visits to monitor merchandising, stock levels, visual displays, and operational efficiency.

- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and challenges.

- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure timely launch of new products and campaigns.

- Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

- Resolve escalated customer issues and provide support for complex operational challenges.

- Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a strong and capable team.

- Prepare regular reports on area performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.

- 4+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in sportswear, footwear, or related apparel segments.

- Proven track record of managing multiple store locations and achieving sales targets.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive business decisions.

- Proficient in retail management software and MS Office.

- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area
