The Role
As an Area Manager, you will manage a cluster of locations to ensure operational excellence and consistent sales growth. You are the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring every unit in your territory performs at its peak.
Key Responsibilities :
Performance Ownership : Take full accountability for sales targets, P&L, and operational KPIs across multiple units.
Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and develop unit managers and frontline staff to build a high-performing culture.
Operational Excellence : Ensure standard operating procedures (SOPs) are followed across all locations to maintain quality and efficiency.
Strategic Growth : Identify market opportunities within your area to increase market share and customer satisfaction.
After Sales : Ensure NPS score >90%, Managing Vehicle service across the workshops along with Service technicians and other supporting staff.
- Managing cross functional stakeholder relationships.
