Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Identify and research potential leads and new business opportunities through networking, referrals, online research, and industry events.
- Initiate contact with prospective clients, qualify their requirements, and effectively present company products and services.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and sales pitches both in-person and virtually.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.
- Develop and implement territory-specific sales plans to expand the customer base and achieve growth objectives.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing exceptional service.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clientshandling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and account reviews to ensure client retention and loyalty.
Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.
- Analyze sales data and market insights to identify new opportunities and fine-tune sales strategies.
- Share customer feedback and market intelligence with the marketing and product teams to improve offerings.
Reporting & Administration:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for sales activities, client communications, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance summaries for management review.
- Handle administrative tasks related to sales, including proposals, contracts, quotations, and work orders.
Strategic & Visionary Leadership:
- Ability to develop and communicate a clear sales and marketing vision aligned with organizational goals.
- Skilled in strategic planning, goal-setting, and territory development.
- Capable of translating company objectives into actionable business plans and performance targets.
Team Leadership & Motivation:
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

Qualifications & Experience:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience:
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development, preferably in the Automotive / Auto Ancillary industry or related sectors as senior role
