Area Manager - Recovery - Banking/Financial Services

Repossession and settlement:

- As an Area Manager for Recovery, you will spearhead the end-to-end debt resolution strategy across multiple regions, ensuring the health of the asset portfolio. You will operate as a strategic leader, overseeing large-scale collection operations and managing a diverse network of external agencies and internal field teams.

- By collaborating closely with regional heads, legal departments, and risk management teams, you will drive recovery efficiency and optimize cost-to-collect ratios. Your efforts will directly influence the organization's bottom line by mitigating credit risk and maintaining high standards of compliance and customer service during the recovery process.

- Create network of repossession and settlement agencies to cover the portfolio.

- Conduct local events on a frequent basis to handle the repossession and settlement target on a day-to-day basis.

- Set DRR for team and track team performance.

- Where team performance is low, provide suitable intervention for improvement.

- Design local compensation structure for agencies to improve collections.

- Execute field recovery actions including skip tracing, settlements and closure of loan account.
