Job Purpose
This position is of a Key Account Manager handling identified Key Accounts. We are looking for aggressive Key account managers with proven track record of handling Commercial Interior products having excellent relations with top corporates & architects working in Commercial Office Space
Job Description
1. Candidates will be handling a set of customer accounts, AIDs, PMCs, Contractors and Channel Partners. This position is of a Key Account Manager handling identified Key Accounts.
2. Job involves interaction with leading Architects & Interior decorators (AIDs) handling interiors of Commercial Offices , Project management Consultants ( PMCs) etc along with the Top corporate customers for sale.
Expectations from the candidate:
1. Need to have good relations with leading AIDs who handle Commercial Interiors ( Like Space Matrix, DSP, M.Moser, DWP interics, Edifice, ANJ, Pinakin, Zeta, Transition designs, etc)
2. Need to have worked with leading PMCs like JLL, CBRE, C & W, Savills, Knight Frank, Colliers etc
Should have experience of working with / having good relationship with Corporate Real estate ( CREs/ Project ) Teams of leading IT/ITES , BFSI, Corporates, Co-working spaces etc .
3. Also need to know the Procurement teams of these companies. (Customers like Tata motors, Bajaj electricals, Thermax, Dassault systems, DY Patil university, etc . Should have worked with Known tech parks & with leading Builders.
4. Should have relations with leading interior contractors, general Contractors.
5. Ability to appoint new dealers in vacant regions and manage project dealers.
