Job Title : Area Manager - Sales Distribution Reporting To: Regional Manager - Decorative Business Job purpose: To build and grow the Distributor network for an identified Division and category of products Business Responsibility Areas - Responsible for setting up of Distribution channel in selected Geography, for selected product categories (Adhesives/ Smartcare) - Responsible for achieving the Primary and secondary sales targets for Adhesives and Waterproofing business in the respective geography - Should work closely with Distributors / Retailers for building long term business relationship - Responsible for managing collection efficiency index across distributor channel partners in the selected geography - Drive distribution of new products as per targets - Execution of channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, outlet coverage gaps - Responsible for Distributor Management: appointment/improvement / discontinuation through close coordination with respective Regional sales teams - Responsibility of driving contractor loyalty programmes in the specified geography - Carrying out weekly reviews with Regional teams: on Distribution& Focus products Sales
