- Channel Partner Management: Develop and manage relationships with existing channel partners (dealers, distributors) while also identifying and onboarding new partners to expand market reach.
- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives within the assigned area.
- Influencer Engagement: Build strong, long-lasting relationships with key influencers, including architects, interior designers, and contractors, to promote product specification and ensure effective follow-through on projects.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet individual and team sales targets and enhance their skills.
- Market Analysis: Conduct regular market research, track competitor activities, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market.
- Promotional Activities: Organize and conduct promotional events, such as contractor meets and in-shop product presentations, to boost brand awareness and product penetration.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare detailed sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports for management review, maintaining accurate Management Information Systems (MIS).
