Business Development Manager - Building Material - TILES - CERAMICS Sales:

Job Description:

Total Experience: 2 - 15 years

Candidate should target Area Manager persons or specification individuals who work closely with Architects & Interior Designers (A & B segment architects) in companies dealing with laminates.

Preferred candidates should have experience with Tiles, wooden flooring, veneers, sanitaryware, or other premium building materials used in architect-based projects.

- Handle channel partners, distributors, and dealers to drive sales growth.

- Generate business through the retail market and expand the customer base.

- Identify new business opportunities, participate in tenders/RFPs where applicable, and ensure timely follow-up.

- Achieve assigned sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of orders and projects.

Must Have Skills:

- Candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in the specified market location with a background in building materials.

- Handling Architect & Interior Designer (A, B Arch. & G+4 projects) segment.

- Experience in Project / Specification.

- Strong network with Architects, Interior Designers, Builders/developers in house architect.
