Business Strategy & Growth:
- Lead the development and execution of business strategies for the Neobiz & Micro segments within the VRM channel.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders including Proposition, Finance, and Investment Advisory teams to align on business goals and ensure successful implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Drive business growth through customer acquisition, portfolio expansion, and cross-selling of banking products.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and enhance product offerings.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Manage a team of Business Banking Virtual Relationship Managers and support staff to ensure achievement of sales, revenue, and service targets.
- Provide effective leadership, motivation, and coaching to the VRM team to enhance productivity and engagement.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, set clear KPIs, and foster a high-performance culture.
- Ensure continuous training and development of team members to improve product knowledge, relationship management, and sales capabilities.
Relationship & Service Excellence:
- Ensure superior customer experience across the VRM channel through proactive engagement and efficient service delivery.
- Work closely with internal departments (Credit, Operations, Risk, Compliance) to ensure timely and accurate resolution of client requirements.
- Drive adherence to customer service standards, ensuring consistent delivery of value to Business Banking clients.
Risk Management & Compliance:
- Ensure all VRM operations adhere to bank policies, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines.
- Monitor portfolio quality, identify early warning signals, and take corrective actions to mitigate credit and operational risks.
- Promote a culture of risk awareness and ethical business practices within the team.
Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Track business performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular reports to senior management on sales, revenue, and portfolio health.
- Identify gaps and implement corrective measures to achieve business objectives.
- Support management in forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning for the Neobiz & Micro segments.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Business Banking, SME Banking, or related areas, with at least 3 years in a leadership or area management role.
- Strong knowledge of Neobiz/Micro business segments, banking products, and digital/virtual relationship models.
- Proven track record in sales management, business growth, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of risk management, compliance, and credit processes.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and influence key stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital banking tools.
