Description :

- Managing the CASA book both ERV & NTB & the overall Wealth business.

- Leading, guiding and mentoring a team of Preferred Banking Relationship Managers.

- Managing the overall Trade & FX, Wealth as well as the Asset business of the Insignia team

- Ensuring 360 degree client engagement - total client ownership.

- Working closely with other Business units to leverage cross sell opportunities.

- Ensuring adherence to Compliance processes & guidelines.

- Coordination with other departments to ensure an enabling work environment and infrastructure for the team.

- Strategic planning and implementation to achieve business goals.

- Ensuring team focus and consistent delivery across all products- Balance sheet, FX, Investment, asset products.

- Hiring & retaining of competent team members.

- Portfolio Analysis and alignment with client needs.
