About the Opportunity

We are hiring a strategic and performance-driven Area Head - Corporate Business for a fast-growing digital platform in the receivables financing and supply chain finance space. This is a high-impact leadership role that requires strong business acumen, B2B corporate acquisition skills, and the ability to drive enterprise-level growth in a rapidly evolving fintech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the business strategy across the corporate ecosystem, working closely with senior decision-makers and MSMEs

- Drive acquisition of high-quality corporate clients and grow the platform's portfolio

- Manage end-to-end corporate sales pipeline, from prospecting to closure

- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, operations, and service teams to deliver best-in-class client experience

- Track performance metrics and ensure targets are met through proactive business development

- Build strong stakeholder relationships to expand market reach and wallet share

Desired Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in B2B Fintech, Supply Chain Finance, Trade Finance, Commercial/Corporate Banking, Invoice Discounting, or related domains

- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate client acquisition and business growth

- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional and sales teams

- Bachelor's degree is required; MBA/PGDM preferred

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

- Agile, strategic thinker with deep understanding of market dynamics

- Willingness to travel as per business needs
