About the Role:
Seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to drive corporate business development for India's leading TReDS platform. The role involves acquiring new clients, growing revenue, and leading high-impact sales initiatives while closely working with product and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Devise and execute strategy to drive corporate acquisitions
- Prospect and manage senior stakeholder relationships
- Lead sales efforts to grow book size and revenue
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery
Requirements:
- 10-15 years of experience, with 5+ in B2B Fintech, Trade Finance, or Commercial Banking
- Proven success in corporate client acquisition
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA/PGDM preferred
Ideal Candidate:
- Self-starter, team leader, market-savvy, and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Willing to travel as needed.
