Area Business Manager - Luxury Retail Business

- Minimum 1.5 years of work experience as Area Business Manager in a retail company is mandatory

- Demonstrated experience working with the leadership team across functions and helping them and their teams successfully deliver business objectives.

- Professionally qualified and a Post-graduation in Management from a good tier institute

- Must have strong communication for stakeholder management, both internal and external. Skills to influence, inspire and build high-performing teams with the ability to solve people's problems.

- Multiple channels have been evolved within the store to generate new business

- Stylist channel, Personal Shopping Channel, Institutional Channel in addition to the venue channel

- E Commerce fulfilment is linked with the stores addition additional complexity to the retail system

- Driving the Store Managers to ensure Store Performance initiatives to achieve Store targets and profitability of each store - needs high level of analytical skills to deep dive on Store MIS
