Role Overview

A fast-growing luxury retail brand in the jewellery sector is seeking high-performing, business-driven professionals to join as Area Business Managers across key metro markets.

This is a critical P&L-impacting role where you will lead multiple stores, drive topline growth, ensure exceptional customer experience, and manage frontline retail teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end retail operations across assigned city/region

- Drive sales performance and ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly targets

- Lead, coach, and motivate store teams to deliver best-in-class customer experience

- Monitor inventory planning, visual merchandising, and in-store execution

- Handle HNI customer relationships and loyalty programs

- Analyse business performance, generate insights, and present dashboards to leadership

- Coordinate with Marketing, Merchandising, and HO teams for store-level execution

- Ensure adherence to brand SOPs and operational excellence standards

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in Retail or Gems & Jewellery industry

- Strong exposure to store operations, sales, and P&L accountability across multiple outlets

- Proven leadership in managing cross-functional retail teams

- Deep customer orientation, preferably in luxury/premium segment

- Excellent communication, analytical, and commercial acumen

- MBA/PGDM from a top-tier Indian B-School

- Location flexibility and experience in any of the 4 regions will be a plus
