- We are seeking a visionary SAP Head to lead the strategic design, implementation, and optimization of SAP solutions across our enterprise.
- This role is critical in driving digital transformation, ensuring seamless integration of SAP S/4HANA and IBP into planning, supply chain, manufacturing, and finance processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and execute the SAP roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
- Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA and IBP modules (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP).
- Ensure robust integration with external systems (MES, LIMS, Quality) using SAP BTP, Fiori, and Integration Suite.
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with pharma regulations (21 CFR Part 11, CSV).
- Manage and mentor global SAP teams, fostering innovation and collaboration.
- Drive automation, analytics, and continuous improvement within the SAP landscape.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of SAP experience, including 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in SAP S/4HANA and IBP (Demand, Supply, S&OP).
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing, supply chain, and planning cycles.
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks and regulated environments.
- SAP certifications in S/4HANA and IBP preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; MBA is a plus.
