Working on the below requirement for Technology Leader HQ in Bangalore and having their presence in Chennai and Pune.  Compensation: Will not be an issue for the right candidate  Key Purpose of the Role:  - Work on Proposals, architecture solutions and proof of concept  - Estimation, review design and architecture  - Advise account teams on business, technical and non-functional value additions   - Talent scout - identify technical experts - hire, nurture and groom  Responsibilities:  - Understand, evangelize and champion Altimetrik technology platform and framework offering  - Use knowledge of JavaScript UI and Java Middleware frameworks to build reusable software code that elucidates a new concept, technical improvements that comply with good design principles, Java/JEE best practices meets NFRs  - Owns and is accountable for the design and development of a product or major product sub-system on time and to requirements, without quality issues.   - Build and advise development of web, SOA and MSA architecture based applications critical to the day-to-day functions of global business units.  - Create design components, develop and test changes utilizing test driven development employing good engineering standards, be easily maintainable, and have high system performance.  - Write and maintain architecture and design documentation  - Develop close working relationships with members of teams within the organization - global and local.  - Spends most of the time developing code, and efficiently produces exemplary and thoroughly tested code for the most challenging features.
