Job Summary:
Archimedis Digital, a global professional IT services company specializing in the Life Sciences industry, is seeking a seasoned Assistant Manager HR with over 5 years of experience in a generalist HR role. Based in Chennai, this full-time on-site position requires a dedicated professional to oversee daily HR operations, manage the entire employee lifecycle, and drive organizational growth through effective talent management and HR strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the full spectrum of day-to-day HR operations, including end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance management.
- Manage and execute the recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to preparing offers and facilitating a smooth onboarding experience.
- Coordinate and support training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Implement and manage employee performance and retention strategies to ensure a motivated and productive workforce.
- Administer payroll and ensure strict adherence to HR compliance and legal regulations.
- Act as a key point of contact for employees, addressing queries and providing guidance on company policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in a generalist HR role within the IT industry.
- Proven experience in all facets of HR, including recruitment, employee relations, operations, and payroll.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
