The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in creating original digital content across various social media platforms.

Responsibilities:

- End-to-end management of social media channels across platforms.

- Planning and execution of social media campaigns.

- 100% ownership of content calendars for brand social media handles and CXO profiles; past experience in B2B tech would be a plus (Short form + Long form).

- Social listening and sentiment analysis via tools like Meltwater, Netbase, Brandwatch, GWI or others.

- Should be able to interpret insights from platform-native analytics dashboards and external tools like Sprinklr.

- Should be able to handle a team of 3-4 people.

- Past experience in ad campaigns and ORM (Online Response management) would be a plus, but not mandatory.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in many social media platforms.

- 5-6 yrs experience.

- Agency experience preferred.

- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

What You Can Expect:

- Leave entitlement under various heads, up to 32 days /year.
