Key Responsibilities:
Market & Industry Research:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on industry trends, competitors, customer behavior, and emerging markets.
- Collect and analyze primary and secondary data from reliable sources (databases, industry reports, surveys, financials).
- Perform competitor benchmarking and SWOT analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Data Analysis & Insights:
- Apply statistical and econometric models to analyze data.
- Identify patterns, correlations, and trends to provide actionable business insights.
- Create forecasts, predictive models, and dashboards for strategic decision-making.
Reporting & Presentation:
- Develop well-structured research reports, whitepapers, and presentations for internal and client stakeholders.
- Visualize findings using dashboards and charts to make insights more actionable.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Work closely with business, product, and strategy teams to understand research needs.
- Support leadership with ad-hoc research requests, competitive intelligence, and data validation.
- Partner with technology teams for automation of data collection and analysis
