Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable financial technology solutions that support mission-critical business functions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, operations, and client services to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business decision-making.
- Contribute to the architecture, implementation, and optimization of data processing and analytics platforms.
- Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and performance across systems.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive measures to improve platform stability.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with security, regulatory, and data governance standards across all deliverables.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, process workflows, and operational procedures.
- Drive automation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements to support business growth and evolving client needs.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives across the organization.
- Stay informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in financial technology and data engineering.
- Participate in code reviews and promote engineering excellence through adherence to development standards and best practices.
- Support client onboarding, platform enhancements, and strategic projects aimed at expanding Arcesium's product capabilities and market reach.
