Role Description:



This is a full-time on-site role for an International Business Development Manager located in Gandhinagar. The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and managing projects from inception to completion. Day-to-day tasks include working closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies, identifying target markets, and ensuring client satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include analyzing business trends, negotiating contracts, and attending industry events to promote Arbelos Solutions.

Qualifications:



- Business Development, Strategic Planning, and Market Research skills.



- Client Relationship Management and Project Management skills.



- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.



- Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools.



- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.



- Experience in the software development industry is a plus.



- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.



- Willingness to travel internationally as needed.



- 3-8 Years of work experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Business Development and Market Entry:



- Design, develop, and execute a comprehensive International Business Development strategy to identify and aggressively penetrate new geographical markets and industry verticals for the company's software development services.



- Conduct rigorous, data-driven Market Research and competitive analysis across potential target markets to determine viability, identify core client needs, and formulate compelling value propositions.



- Establish clear target markets and develop tailored Go-To-Market (GTM) models that account for local regulatory, cultural, and competitive dynamics.

Client Acquisition and Relationship Management (CRM):



- Identify and qualify potential new clients, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises seeking outsourced software development, digital transformation, or technology consulting services.



- Systematically build and maintain strong, executive-level relationships with prospective and existing international clients to foster trust and identify opportunities for strategic partnerships and upselling.



- Utilize and maintain proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other business development tools to meticulously track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and report on forecast accuracy and key business metrics.

Proposal Generation and Contract Negotiation:



- Lead the development of high-quality, technically sound business proposals, Request for Information (RFI), and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses, collaborating with internal technical teams to define scope, effort, and solution architecture.



- Masterfully negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs) with international clients, ensuring profitability, risk mitigation, and favorable terms for Arbelos Solutions.



- Analyze business and technology trends (e.g., AI/ML adoption, Cloud migration, DevOps) to proactively position the company's services and offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration and Project Oversight:



- Work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to generate targeted campaigns, produce sales enablement materials, and align on lead generation strategies for international outreach.



- Collaborate with the Delivery and Project Management teams to ensure a smooth transition of projects from the sales phase, clarifying client expectations and ensuring commitments are met from inception to completion.
