Role Overview:

As the Senior Manager - Operations Excellence, you will serve as the strategic backbone for our operational framework, ensuring that our processes are lean, scalable, and data-driven. You will work closely with the leadership team, field operations, and supply chain heads to identify bottlenecks and implement systemic improvements that directly impact farmer outcomes and operational margins. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between field-level execution and high-level business strategy, ensuring that our rapid growth is supported by robust, repeatable, and efficient operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement standardized operating procedures across regional hubs to ensure consistency in service delivery and operational efficiency.

- Analyze large datasets from field operations and supply chain activities to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for process optimization.

- Lead cross-functional initiatives to streamline the integration of IoT data with ground-level farm management, enhancing the value proposition for our customers.

- Monitor key performance indicators to provide actionable insights to the leadership team, enabling data-backed decision-making for resource allocation.

- Drive continuous improvement projects using methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma to reduce operational waste and improve turnaround times in the supply chain.

- Mentor regional operational teams to foster a culture of accountability, precision, and excellence in execution.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated ability to translate complex operational data into strategic business improvements using advanced analytical tools.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale operations, with a deep understanding of process mapping and workflow optimization.

- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different levels of the organization and manage diverse teams effectively.

- Strong proficiency in data visualization and reporting, capable of presenting complex operational metrics to senior management.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Vijayawada, maintaining high standards of operational discipline while navigating the unique challenges of the agritech sector.

- Educational background in Engineering or Management from a premier institute, complemented by 12 - 18 years of experience in high-growth operational environments.

- High degree of adaptability and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, with a willingness to engage directly with ground-level operational realities.
