Description:

International Market Expansion:

- Identify and penetrate new geographic markets

- Understand cultural, legal, and commercial differences across regions

- Develop market-entry strategies and go-to-market plans

Technical Sales Leadership:

- Bridge the gap between client technical requirements and company solutions

- Lead technical product demos, proposal writing, and RFP responses

- Customize offerings to meet diverse technical and regulatory demands

Revenue Generation:

- Build and manage international sales pipeline

- Convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities

- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual international sales targets

Client Relationship Management:

- Establish and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners

- Maintain strong after-sales engagement to drive satisfaction and repeat business

- Travel to client locations as needed for business development, relationship building, and contract finalization.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Prepare and respond to RFPs/RFIs and coordinate with internal teams for timely submissions.

- Ensure international clients needs are understood and met efficiently

Representation and Branding:

- Represent the company at global industry events, expos, and trade shows

- Elevate the companys brand and presence in international markets

Qualification:

B.Tech /B.E/Graduate and Post Graduate from any discipline.

Experience:

Min 2 to 8 years of relevant experience from technical sales background handling enterprise customers. Looking for a results-driven and technically skilled International Business Development to lead our growth initiatives across global markets. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, global market understanding, and strategic sales capabilities to drive business expansion, build client relationships, and promote solutions that meet complex customer needs

Technical competencies:

- Understanding of IoT devices, their functionality, and benefits in aquaculture.

- Ability to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.

- Ability to liaise with customer service teams for seamless service delivery.

- Competence in tracking payments, following up on dues, and ensuring timely collection.

- Knowledge of aquaculture trends and ability to strategize for market expansion.

- Experience in planning and executing client visits efficiently
