International Market Expansion:
- Identify and penetrate new geographic markets
- Understand cultural, legal, and commercial differences across regions

Technical Sales Leadership:
- Bridge the gap between client technical requirements and company solutions
- Lead technical product demos, proposal writing, and RFP responses
- Customize offerings to meet diverse technical and regulatory demands
Revenue Generation:
- Build and manage international sales pipeline
- Convert qualified leads into long-term business opportunities
- Meet or exceed quarterly and annual international sales targets
Client Relationship Management:
- Establish and grow relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Qualification:
B.Tech /B.E/Graduate and Post Graduate from any discipline.
Experience:
Min 2 to 8 years of relevant experience from technical sales background handling enterprise customers. Looking for a results-driven and technically skilled International Business Development to lead our growth initiatives across global markets. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, global market understanding, and strategic sales capabilities to drive business expansion, build client relationships, and promote solutions that meet complex customer needs
Technical competencies:
- Understanding of IoT devices, their functionality, and benefits in aquaculture.
- Ability to effectively communicate value propositions and close deals.
- Ability to liaise with customer service teams for seamless service delivery.
- Competence in tracking payments, following up on dues, and ensuring timely collection.
- Knowledge of aquaculture trends and ability to strategize for market expansion.
- Experience in planning and executing client visits efficiently
