Job Description: Sales Manager Bangalore We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving order booking targets, managing regional sales planning, developing new business, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Achieve sales and order booking targets as per the business plan - Develop and execute regional and segment-wise sales plans - Ensure targeted margins on booked orders - Identify and develop new accounts in the assigned region - Guide and support subordinates in achieving their sales targets - Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants and key clients - Ensure compliance with the sales process - Monitor and evaluate competition activities and market trends - Ensure smooth handover of orders to the Project Management team - Support in advance and final payment collections - Foster a culture of learning and growth within the sales team Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Chemical / Electrical Engineering, or B.Sc.
