Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute multi-channel paid campaigns within a $3040K quarterly budget aligned to a 255% ROI target.
- Optimize CPL, CAC, and lead-to-SQL conversion through A/B testing and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to refine messaging that highlights differentiators in the DAP space.
- Partner with Sales to align MQL and SQL definitions and hand-off processes.
- Analyse campaign performance and report against ROI and attribution accuracy targets.
- Translate product impact metrics (e.g., faster onboarding, reduced user errors) into compelling campaign narratives and conversion-driven assets.
- Champion and evolve our core message Software should work for people across paid, owned, and partner channels.
- Report on lead-to-revenue performance, optimizing conversion paths and aligning efforts with sales targets.
