Description :

About Aptura :

Aptura bridges the gap between human and artificial intelligence. Founded by ex-Lazard and Partners Group professionals and headquartered in London and San Francisco, we bring real-world expertise from finance, healthcare, and law into AI model training. We work directly with leading foundational AI labs to shape how the next generation of models reasons through complex, real-world problems.

The Opportunity :

We're expanding our India cohort and looking for sharp investment banking associates in Bangalore to join as AI Residents. This is a chance to apply your bulge-bracket training to a problem that didn't exist a few years ago: teaching frontier AI to reason like a banker; through valuation, modelling, deal analysis, and the kind of judgment calls that define quality work in corporate finance.

What We're Looking For :

- 4+ years of IB or Corporate Finance experience at a top international bank (bulge bracket, elite boutique, or top-tier global advisory).

- Strong financial modelling and valuation skills in Excel.

- Thorough understanding of financial statements, valuation, and financial modelling.

- Skilled at extracting and interpreting data from filings, earnings materials, and investor presentations.

- High attention to detail, with excellent summarization and written communication skills.

- Able to produce structured analytical outputs with clear explanations of methodology.
