Your role: In particular you will be responsible for: - Partner with Engineering to deliver a campus souring strategy with key institutions across India - Build relationships with target Universities to ensure we successfully implement our campus engagement strategy - Manage the recruitment process from attraction to offer for high quality candidates that align to the Aptiv values and be responsible for always providing an excellent candidate experience that showcases Aptiv culture - Build Internal partnerships with our business representatives and internal teams to enable us to leverage support and speakers for our events on campus - Further build relationships with universities, student organizations, and recruitment networks - Work with the Branding Team to assess brand building and attraction campaigns for campus plus support digital marketing initiatives We are looking for: - Attend and present at campus events online and where required in person. - Present & Drive our Internship program and the Aptiv offerings. - Be a subject matter expert by having a pulse on the trends in the university space and present ideas that will help Aptiv adapt our hiring strategy to ensure success - Support global initiatives to improve the candidate experience and work to remove bias from the recruitment process. - Align internally on the interview process and coach managers on the assessment and evaluation tools and continually drive excellence to provide excellent candidate and hiring manager experience Skill Set Requirement: Essential: - Talent Acquisition - Campus Recruitment - Build relationships with target Universities - Campus engagement strategy - Recruitment Process - Build Internal partnerships with our business representatives
