Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis, implementation, enhancement, and support of HR and workforce management systems.
- Partner with HR, Workforce Management, Payroll, IT, and business teams to understand business requirements and translate them into system solutions.
- Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, standardization, and system optimization.
- Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements through stakeholder discussions, workshops, process analysis, and system assessments.
- Design functional solutions and system configurations aligned with business requirements and HR processes.
- Manage system enhancements, change requests, releases, upgrades, and new functionality implementations.
- Work closely with technical teams and vendors on system integrations, interfaces, data flows, and issue resolution.
- Support integrations between HR systems and other enterprise applications, ensuring accurate and timely exchange of employee and workforce data.
- Analyze system issues, identify root causes, coordinate resolutions, and ensure minimal business disruption.
- Lead functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing for system enhancements and releases.
- Develop and maintain functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, system documentation, and user guides.
- Monitor system performance, data quality, interfaces, and operational processes to ensure reliability and accuracy.
- Support HR data management, reporting requirements, data validation, and reconciliation activities.
- Collaborate with HR and business teams to define reporting and analytics requirements related to workforce, employee, organizational, and HR processes.
- Coordinate with external vendors and implementation partners for system support, enhancements, upgrades, and issue resolution.
- Lead production support activities and ensure timely resolution of critical system incidents and business-impacting issues.
- Establish and maintain effective change management and release management processes for HR technology solutions.
- Provide guidance and mentoring to junior analysts and team members.
- Participate in HR technology projects, system implementations, migrations, upgrades, and transformation initiatives.
- Ensure systems and processes comply with organizational policies, data governance standards, security requirements, and applicable HR data protection practices.

Required Skills & Expertise:
- 8 - 10 years of experience in HR technology, HR systems, workforce management systems, business systems analysis, or a related domain.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
- Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, business analysis, functional design, system configuration, testing, and production support. Experience working with HRIS, HCM, Workforce Management, or enterprise HR technology platforms.
- Strong understanding of system integrations, data flows, APIs/interfaces, and HR system dependencies.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into clear functional specifications.
- Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
- Experience with functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
- Strong knowledge of HR data structures, employee master data, organizational data, and workforce-related information.
- Good understanding of HR reporting and data validation processes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with HR, IT, business teams, vendors, and senior leadership.
- Experience managing multiple projects, enhancements, priorities, and production issues simultaneously.
- Strong documentation and process-management skills.
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience leading HR technology implementations, upgrades, or transformation projects.
