
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between business users, partners, and the product/engineering teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.
- Drive requirement gathering, documentation, and validation for F&B manufacturing and ERP solutions.
- Analyze and document end-to-end business processes across the F&B setup to identify gaps, enhancements, and opportunities for automation.
- Evaluate the technical and functional feasibility of new features or process improvements.
- Work closely with customer and partner support teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
- Participate in product reviews, UAT sessions, and ensure alignment of delivered solutions with business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with any leading ERP systems (e.g , SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or industry-specific ERP).
- Certification or training in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or Agile methodologies.
- Prior experience in handling customer-facing roles within a SaaS or product-based organization
